Hitoribocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu has a new India streaming announcement for JioHotstar and Muse India's YouTube channel. Anime News Network reports that Muse India announced the platforms on October 3. The exact JioHotstar start date, upload hour and episode rollout remain TBA.
India platform and timing details
- JioHotstar: India streaming announced; exact start date and IST upload hour TBA.
- Muse India YouTube: daily episodes at 8 PM IST, according to the announcement coverage.
- The YouTube schedule is not a confirmed JioHotstar upload schedule.
- Dub languages and JioHotstar episode-batch details: TBA.
The report does not specify a first-day date for either Indian platform. We are not turning the October 3 announcement date into a premiere date. This is a new local streaming announcement for an anime that originally premiered in Japan in April 2019, not a new season.
What is Hitoribocchi about?
Bocchi Hitori enters middle school with severe social anxiety and no familiar friend beside her. Her old friend Kai promises to reconnect only after Bocchi befriends her entire new class. That daunting goal turns everyday introductions and classroom encounters into small, funny acts of courage.
The school comedy adapts Katsuwo's manga. Takebumi Anzai directed the series at C2C, with Jukki Hanada overseeing the scripts.
Sources and what is still unconfirmed
Anime News Network's October 5 India report cites Muse India's Instagram announcement and gives the daily 8 PM YouTube schedule. It names JioHotstar, but does not give a separate JioHotstar date or hour.
JioHotstar episode availability has not been checked in the player. The announcement confirms the Indian platform, not an exact upload schedule.
Checked October 5, 2026. All viewing times use IST; unverified dates and hours remain TBA.
