Dragon Ball Super: Beerus now has a confirmed Crunchyroll India date: Sunday, October 11, 2026. A new Toei Animation and Crunchyroll announcement explicitly includes India among the streaming territories. The release is announced in Japanese with English subtitles; the exact Indian upload hour remains TBA.

What changed for India?
Our earlier coverage kept the exact India date unconfirmed and described a reported October Netflix window. This is a separate, newly confirmed Crunchyroll release. It does not establish the Netflix India date.
- Crunchyroll India premiere: October 11, 2026
- Announced language version: Japanese with English subtitles
- Exact IST upload hour and India dub schedule: TBA
- Netflix India premiere date and upload hour: still TBA
Japan's Fuji TV broadcast begins at 11:15 PM JST on October 11, but we are not using that broadcast hour as a confirmed Indian streaming time. The Japan-only Prime Video and U-NEXT details also do not establish an India release on those services.
Beerus returns in an enhanced edition
The series revisits Beerus's awakening and his encounter with Goku after Earth's brief peace following the battle with Majin Buu. Toei describes an enhanced edition with reconstructed material, revised scenes, new animation and refreshed sound. This is not being treated as a simple re-upload of the original 131-episode series.
The announcement that confirms India
Anime News Network's October 5 news report explicitly lists India and the October 11 subtitled release, citing a press release and email correspondence. The Toei Animation and Crunchyroll announcement carried by ANN on October 6 also includes India.
An earlier regional press release named Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We did not infer Indian rights from that narrower announcement; the later India-inclusive statement is the basis for this update.
Checked October 6, 2026. All viewing times use IST; unverified streaming hours remain TBA.
